I am Client Mitchelle Roba, my friends and family call me "Cling" or Mitchelle.  

I love Jesus and coffee!

I've completed my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM in 2018, and it set me on a journey that would transform my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. After DTS, I poured myself into serving my community, sharing the Gospel, and building relationships, and helped pioneer a local tribal ministry, Every Tribe Philippines, It was a deeply fulfilling time, seeing the tangible impact of God’s love.

Then came the pandemic, turning my world upside down. My aunt passed away, leaving me to navigate the complexities of holding together the family, myself, and my own faith. It was a season of immense struggle and heartache. In those dark moments, I turned to God alone, relying on His strength to get through the grief and responsibilities that felt overwhelming.

During those challenging times, I found Jesus in a deeply personal way. It was through the comfort of God’s Word and quiet moments of prayer and worship in my room that His presence felt so real. I found Jesus to be a refuge, a source of unshakable peace and hope amidst the chaos. In my darkest hours, His love and faithfulness guided me, showing me that He is truly worthy of our trust and devotion.

From that place of brokenness and healing, I found my passion. I want to see people find their purpose in God, and a community of worship and prayer empowered by intimacy with God. After much prayer and waiting, God led me to Cebu House of Prayer, a ministry of YWAM PH that is building a place for 24/7 worship and prayer, all from a place of intimacy with God.
